Peacefully on January 10, 2012 at Oakville-Trafalgar Memorial Hospital at the age of 88. Beloved wife of John for 63 years. Cherished mother of Peter (Josie), David (Thalia) and the late Ian. Loved grandmother of Lisa, Laura, Cleal, Robinson and Sean. Survived by brother Robert McConney (Mary) of Barrie and sister-in-law Lois McConney of Uxbridge. Predeceased by brother Alan McConney and sister Sheila Grayston. Will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held, at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West, (one block east of Kerr, 905-844-2600), Oakville from 2-4 and 7-9pm Friday with a Service of Remembrance at 2pm on Saturday, January 14, 2012 at St. Jude's Anglican Church, 160 William St., Oakville. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
