In Loving Memory of Marica Kučan

Surrounded by her family, Marica passed away peacefully on October 13, 2021 at the age of 68.

Born to Milan and Anka Majetić on January 1, 1953 in Bizovac, Croatia.  She was a loving and devoted wife to Viktor Zdravko Kučan.  Adored mother of Susan (Josip) Kurobasa and Michael Kučan.  She was the cherished and much-loved grandmother to Nick, Mariana and Mario.

Marica will be lovingly remembered by her brothers Ivica (Katica) Majetić and Marko (Ružica) Majetić, together with her nieces and nephews Anita, Mile, Marko, Ana and Stjepan Majetić along with many other family members and friends.

A visitation will be held on Friday October 15, 2021 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home located at 64 Lakeshore Rd. W., Oakville, Ontario.

Funeral Mass to be held on Saturday October 16, 2021 at Holy Trinity Croatian Catholic Church at 10 a.m. located at 2110 Trafalgar Rd., Oakville, Ontario with Internment to follow at Trafalgar Lawn Cemetery located at 1149 Dundas St. W., Oakville, Ontario.

If desired, donations may be made in lieu of flowers to Holy Trinity Croatian Parish in memory of Marica Kučan.

A Celebration of life will be held at Marica's home for family and friends after the service.
