Peacefully, on Wednesday, October 27, 2010 at the Oakville-Trafalgar Memorial Hospital, with her family by her side. Maria, beloved wife of Tiberio. Loved mother of Maria, Anna and Nellie (Joe). Beloved grandmother of Michael, Brian, Brandon and Dylan. Loved daughter of the late Helena (Mota) and the late Jose Mateus Fragata. Dear sister of Mariazinha and the late Augusto Rocha, the late Jose Maria Fragata and his wife Theresa. Sister-in-law of the late Jose Fernandes and his wife Ilda. She will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Special thanks to Dr. Zayid and the staff of 3E at Oakville-Trafalgar Memorial Hospital for all their love, care and support. Visitation will be held at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West (one block east of Kerr, 905-844-2600), Oakville on Thursday from 5-9 p.m. and Friday 3-5 & 7-9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 am on Saturday, October 30, 2010 at St. James Roman Catholic Church, 231 Morden Road, Oakville.
