Peacefully on December 21, 2018 at the Waterford Long Term Care Center. In her 92 ^nd year. Loving mother of Lillian and her husband Paul Muir. Beloved grandmother to Anna and Andrew. Survived by her sister Magdalena. Predeceased by her sister Kata and brother Dmitar. Maria was a resident of Oakville for over 50 years.

Visitation will take place at Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Rd. West (one block east of Kerr) on Wednesday December 26, 2018 from 6 – 9 pm, Prayers at 8 pm. A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday December 27, 2018 at 10 am at Holy Trinity Croatian Roman Catholic Church 2110 Trafalgar Road.  Interment at Trafalgar Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to the alzheimer.ca would be appreciated by the family.
