SUMMERHAYES, Margaret Ellen

August 29, 1931 - June 15, 2025

It is with deep sadness and much love that we share the passing of Margaret Summerhayes on June 15, 2025 at West Oak Village Long Term Care in Oakville at the age of 93 years.

Predeceased by her beloved husband James Morgan Summerhayes (1975). Cherished mother of Micheal (Julie), Kim (Tim LaRiviere), Robin(Donna) and Gary (Suzanne). Adored Nan (grandmother) of Taylor, Jennifer (Mike), Jessica, Ashley (Matt) and Morgan. G-Nan (great grandmother) of Felicia, Sierra, Ayden, Logan, Avery and River. Survived by her sister Mary Giardino. She will be sorely missed by her best friend Brenda Bakker and fondly remembered by her extended family and friends.

The family would like to offer thanks to the staff at West Oak Village Long Term Care, especially the nurses and PSW's at West Oak Village, Chalmers House for their loving care and support that they provided for our mother.

A Memorial Service will be held at Knox Presbyterian Church, 89 Dunn St., Oakville on Wednesday July 9, 2025 at 11 am with a reception to follow in the church hall.
