Watch the Funeral Mass of the late Margaret Madden
Margaret Madden ( nee Durie), born in 1931 in Glasgow, Scotland, passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side. She is now reunited with her beloved husband, Andy, as well as her sister Rose and brother Billy, and is lovingly remembered by her brother James in Scotland.
Throughout her life, Margaret's hardworking spirit and caring heart shone brightly through her many roles. She worked as a skilled dressmaker, a "clippy" bus conductress, and a dedicated employee at Admiral Appliances. Later, she devoted many years as both an employee and volunteer at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital, where her kindness and reliability touched countless lives.
Her family extends heartfelt thanks to Dr. Bajwa, Dr. Pandaya, and Fr. Louis Lenssen of St. James Catholic Church for their compassion and support.
Visitation will be held at Kopriva-Taylor Funeral Home on Monday, January 12, from 4–6 p.m., followed by the funeral service January 13th, 11a.m. at St. James Catholic Church, 231 Morden Rd, Oakville. In lieu of flowers, donations to the
Oakville & Milton Humane Society
would be most appreciated, in honour of her lifelong compassion for others.
