The family of Margaret Ethel Ball (nee Dunn) wish to acknowledge her passing at Southlake Residential Care Village in Newmarket, ON on Tuesday August 7, 2018. Beloved wife of the late George H. Ball, she is survived by her children Michael (Rie Yamashita) of Ottawa and Susan (Robert "Ted" Elliott) of Aurora, ON.  Loving grandmother to Adelle, Hannah, Jeremy and Liam.

Born September 9, 1923 and raised on a farm in Alliston, ON Margaret later found her calling as a Registered Nurse, also her mother's chosen vocation. She married George and together they raised their family in Oakville, ON where they were active members of St. Paul's United Church.  Her compassion and sense of humour will be fondly remembered by relatives and friends.

Visitation will take place on Saturday September 8, 2018 at 10 am , followed by a Service of Remembrance at 11:00 am and reception at 12:00 pm. at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville (one block East of Kerr Street, 905-844-2600). A private family burial will follow at the Alliston Union Cemetery (445 Victoria St. E., Alliston, ON L9R 1V2, 705-435-5782). Those who wish are invited to make a memorial donation to the Southlake Regional Health Centre Foundation or any non-profit agency of choice.

Finally, Margaret's family wish to extend our deepest gratitude to all those involved in the care of our mother over the years and in particular, the staff at Sunrise Aurora, Southlake Residential Care Village and Southlake Regional Health Centre.
