Alexander, Margaret Ceridwen (nee Robinson)

It is with great sadness that the family of Margaret Alexander announce her passing. She passed

peacefully on Saturday, April 3, 2021 at the age of 94 years at Oakville Memorial Hospital. Born in Wales on February 24, 1927, Margaret moved to London then later immigrated to Canada in 1955, Margaret has lived the rest of her life in Oakville where she was very happy and met many lovely friends. Margaret was predeceased, in 1986, by Ernie, her loving husband of 42 years.

Margaret will be lovingly remembered by her children, Mike (Marilyn) and Julie (Gavin) Macintyre, by her 5 grandchildren, Erin (Scott) Rennie, Raegan (Byran) Place, Brie (Mark) Alexander and by their mother Sue, Alexandra (Juan) Salcedo and Emma (James) Macintyre. A proud Great Grandma to her 6 great-grandchildren, Ayden, Mackenzie, Everett, Riley, Crawford and Gavin

Margaret will also be forever remembered by her extended family here and in England, her sister-in-law

Peggy (Jahn) and her numerous nieces, Deb, Denise, Diane, Sue (Ray), Andrea, Steve (Christine) and her

dear friends Ulla and Pam.

It was Margaret's wish to remain in her home for as long as possible. This wouldn't have been possible without the support from the team at the Oakville Senior Citizens Residence (OSCR), Support for Daily Living 15OL) program and the LHIN, The family recognizes the devotion and care that Margaret received.

Margaret will be remembered as a loving and caring mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She had a wonderful sense of humour and will forever remain in our hearts Her thoughtfulness, grace and wisdom will be with us always. As cremation has already occurred, a celebration of life with family will be held at a later date.
