Passed peacefully and at peace on Tuesday May 4, 2010 at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital. Nonna to many, she will be greatly missed by her daughter Nerina Murray and her husband Norman, her grandchildren Jacqueline Murray and husband Mike Gaul, the late Mari-Ellen Murray and her husband Andrew Bishop and his wife Cathy Park, Stephanie Murray-Watson and husband Rob Watson, Marisa Murray and husband Paul Grether, Christine Murray and husband Richard Marks. A cherished Nonna Gigia to Madeleine, Cole, Jake, Toby, Theo, Eden Primo, Jamie and Elizabeth, we will remember her kindness, her great faith, her unstoppable musical heart, her cooking and mending, her capacity to love, her candy dish, her life of hard work and her gracious ability to let God's will be done. Thank you Nonna, until we meet again. Visitation will be held at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West (one block east of Kerr, 905-844-2600), Oakville from 2-4 and 7-9 pm Thursday. Funeral mass 10:00 am Friday at Saint Dominic Church, 2415 Rebecca Street, Oakville. Cremation to follow.
