It's with sadness we announce the passing of Ljubica Fabek. She peacefully passed away at her home, after courageously fighting cancer for 7 months, with her family by her side on April 27, 2018 at the age of 68.

She was a devoted wife to Frank Fabek for 50 years, loving mother of John and proud grandmother of Ryan and Nicholas.

Anyone who was fortunate to have Ljubica in their life will remember a woman with a kind and generous heart and with unconditional love for her family. She was a faithful parishioner at Holy Trinity Croatian Parish and a long standing member of the Choir. She will be greatly missed.

Visitation will be held at the Kopriva Taylor Funeral Home on Monday April 30, 2018 from 2-4 pm & 7-9 pm.

Funeral Mass will be held at 10 am Tuesday May 1, 2018 at Holy Trinity Croatian Church, 2110 Trafalgar Rd, Oakville. There will be a celebration of her life at Holy Trinity Croatian Church immediately following Interment at Trafalgar Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Credit Valley Hospital.
