It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother and grandmother on Saturday, February 11, 2012 at Oakville-Trafalgar Memorial Hospital after a brief struggle with cancer. Nella, beloved wife of the late Angelo, loved mother of Luciana (Peter Nottegar), Pasqua (Giacomo Crosilla), Wanda (Regis Bauer) and Fran (Terry Lindell). Loved Nonna to Sandra (George), Marco (Christene), Elizabeth, Andrew (Melanie), Timothy (Elaine), Monica (Alex), Charles and the late Michael Lindell. Bis Nonna of Peter, Alex, Claire, Logan, Audrey, Ava and Ainslie. Survived by her brother in-law Pio Piasentin, and her sisters and sister in-laws in Italy Teresa and Anna Milan, and Angela Piasentin and Maria Tracanelli. Visitation Wednesday, February 15, 2012 from 2-4 and 7-9pm at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West, (one block east of Kerr, 905-844-2600), Oakville. Funeral Service 11am Thursday, February 16, 2012 at St. James Roman Catholic Church, 231 Morden Road, Oakville. The family would like to thank Dr. Ian MacDougall and the staff of 4 East for all their compassionate care.
