Passed away December 28, 2008 in her 96th year at Chartwell Classic Oakville. Beloved mother of Paul (Gwen) and Anne Wilkinson (Jim); grandchildren Andrea (Jake), Allan (Paula), Sean, David, Stacie, and Lisa; great grandson Zackery; niece Angela Caretta. Lillian was predeceased by her husband, Joe, in 1995 after 60 years of marriage, and by her sister, Mary Caretta. Lillian and Joe moved from Montreal to Oakville in 1983 to be closer to family. She especially enjoyed her friends on the sixth floor of her condominium. Our special gratitude goes to Dr. Cynthia Blair for her many years of care and interest in Lillian, and her special attention to her in her last days. Funeral Mass 12 noon Saturday, January 17, 2009 with visitation 1 hour prior to service at St. Michael's Catholic Church, 181 Sewell Drive, Oakville. Interment Trafalgar Lawn Cemetery.
