It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Leslie Anne Walker.

Leslie was the loving wife of Raymond Nyhuis for 44 years and his girlfriend for 46 wonderful years.

Leslie passed away on January 10th, 2025, surrounded by her husband Ray and their children Andrew Walker Nyhuis and Taylor Walker Nyhuis (Dana).

Leslie was predeceased by her parents Hugh and Doris Walker, and her sister Frances Walker.

Leslie's first love was her family.  Her friends of many years appreciated Leslie's continued connections and she will be missed by all who knew her.  She loved singing in the choir, spending quiet time with friends and family, and travelling with her best friend Ray.

Leslie was an avid supporter of the Oakville Humane Society , bringing fur babies home to love. The family asks that in lieu of flowers a donation to this organization would be warmly received.

Leslie will be dearly missed by her extremely close family and good friends.

We will love you forever.
