Passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family at Oakville-Trafalgar Memorial Hospital on January 3, 2013 after a brief illness. He will be sadly missed by his beloved wife of 51 years, Ann (nee Viger) and his loving children, Sharen (Tod), Linda, Christopher (Kerry) and Steven. Adored grandfather (Papa) to Troy, Kayla, Lauryn, Caitlyn and Madyson. Dear brother of Gladys Richardson of Portsmouth, England. Roy was a devoted, adoring husband, and an ever-present, wise, loving and devoted father whose memory will be celebrated and cherished forever. Funeral will be held on Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at 2pm St. Andrews Catholic Church, 47 Reynolds Street, Oakville, Ontario. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital or Covenant House would be appreciated.
