Leopolda Perdec passed away peacefully on November 22nd  2025 at West Oak Village in Oakville, Ontario.

Born in Lokvica Slovenia in 1931, she made her way to Australia where she got married and had children.  In 1970, with her family, moved to Canada.

Survived by daughter Vida Kelly (Frederick Kelly), son Roman Perdec (Paola Perdec), grandsons David Kelly (Linda Kelly), Andrew Perdec (Jennifer Perdec), Nicholas Perdec, granddaughter Rachel Kelly (Luca Bezerra Dias), great granddaughters June & Lucy Kelly and great grandsons Charles & William Perdec.

She was an exceptional, courageous and energetic person with a strong character. Her strength will continue in all of us.

In Lieu of flowers donations to the Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.

Visitation will be at Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home 64 Lakeshore Rd. W., Oakville Thursday November 27, 2025 from 10:00am - 11:00am with funeral service to follow in the chapel at 11:00am. Burial at St. Jude's Cemetery with reception following at the family home of Roman Perdec.
