Passed on Monday January 7th at home in Oakville Ontario at the age of 79.

Leif is survived by his beloved wife of 55 years, Ingegerd Rut Prydz (Nee Knutsson) of Oakville. They shared a special bond which started when they were 16 and 17 years old lasted more than 62 years. Much loved father of Mikael (Edit), Katarina (Mark Kelln) and Marianne (Todd Raleigh).  He is pre-deceased by his sister Marianne of Sweden, and leaves behind his loving brother Jan Prydz of Sweden and their families. Grandchildren Brandon,Mikaela, Cassandra, Evan, Mitchell, Karin and Lilly.

Family was so important to Leif and he always showed his love. He had a wonderful disposition, a great sense of humour and a very keen business mind. He was an honest man, caring to all he touched and was always there for heartfelt advice.

There will be no funeral service but a reception will be held at 251 Wales Cr. Oakville, Ontario on Sunday January 13, 2019 from 3:00 pm till 6:00 pm. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to the Toronto General Hospital  to the Peter Munk Cardiac Centre Campaign.
