Peacefully, after a lengthy battle with ALS, on Wednesday, September 2, 2009 at her home in Oakville, in her 73rd year. Laurentina, beloved wife of Jose. Loved mother of Danny and the late Helder. Visitation will be held at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville (one block east of Kerr St.) from 7-9 p.m. both Sunday and Monday evenings. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. on Tuesday, September 8, 2009 at St. Joseph's Portuguese Roman Catholic Church, 2451 Bronte Road, Oakville. Interment to follow at Trafalgar Lawn Cemetery.
