Passed away peacefully July 12, 2023 at Oakville-Trafalgar Memorial Hospital surrounded by family in his 93rd year.

Beloved husband of the late Marilyn (2008).

Loving Father of Debi Hibbard, Brian and his wife Cathy.  Cherished Grandfather of Jeff (Kate), Cory, Dave (Meagan), Alexandra and Jackie (Rich), great-grandfather of Kaitlyn and Sam.

Predeceased by his sister Ellen Borden, son-in-law Dennis Hibbard and sister-in-law Madelyn Ralph.

Ken retired from Bell Canada with 38 years of service.  Incredibly, he filled the next 38 post-retirement years following his passions of woodworking, traveling, gardening, golfing, boating and puttering.  Summers were spent at his beloved cottage, the Aggloo in Haliburton with family and friends.

Ken spent many years volunteering with Kiwanis Club of Oakville where he was a Life Member, S.E.N.E.C.A. Seniors Day Care Program and St Cuthbert's Church.

Visitation will be held at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Rd. West, Oakville, (one block east of Kerr, 905-844-2600) Sunday, July 16 2 – 5PM. Funeral Service 11:00 a.m. on Monday, July 17 at St. Cuthbert's Anglican Church, 1541 Oakhill Drive, Oakville. Cremation. For those who wish, memorial contributions to Sleeping Children Around The World or the Haliburton Highlands Health Service Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
