Kathleen passed away peacefully on Monday, August 28, 2017, at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Kathleen was born just outside of London, England in 1928. Kathleen and her late husband Arthur came to Canada from England in September 1951. They settled in Montreal where their two daughters were born. In 1965 they moved to Ontario and had a son. Kathleen was an avid horticulturist and always enjoyed her garden. She had a love for tennis, books and theatre. Kathleen, beloved and devoted wife of the late Arthur (2007). Predeceased by her loving son Michael (2000). She will be forever remembered and greatly missed by her daughters Janis and her husband Bill Nyhof and Jane and her husband Dan Cribbs. She will be dearly missed by her grandson Christopher Michael Maskell. Kathleen will also be missed by her loving sister Sylvia (Dall) in England. A sincere thank you to the caring staff at Post Inn Village. Having her in our lives made us stronger. Thank you for always being there. We will all miss you Mom/Nanny and hold you close in our hearts forever. Cremation has taken place. A service to celebrate Kathleen's life will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, September 10th, 2017 at Walton Memorial United Church, 2489 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville .
