It is with much sadness that Nancy Harris announces the passing of her mother; Kathleen Joyce Field, in her 86th year, at Northridge Long Term Care Facility in Oakville, Ontario on May 17th, 2010. Joyce, as she was known by her family and friends, is survived by her loving daughter Nancy Hale (Harris); son-in-law Bill Harris; two grandchildren David and his wife Elizabeth; and Debbie and her husband Jim Marentette; and three great grandchildren; Callum, Tavia, and Jack. She will be sadly missed by her friends and family.Visitation will be held at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West (one block east of Kerr) Oakville from 7-9 pm Thursday, May 20, 2010. Funeral services will be held in the chapel on Friday May 21, 2010 at 1pm. Reception to immediately follow. Interment St. Jude's Cemetery, Oakville. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to either the Alzheimer Society of Canada or to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
