On Thursday, January 13, 2011, Kay passed away peacefully in her 90th year. Predeceased by husband Philip (1990). Survived by daughters Susan (Doug) and Shelagh (Michael), and grandchildren Eric, Ryan, Brett and Erin. Predeceased by brother Geoffrey Cudlip. Private family remembrance. As an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory gratefully accepted to St. Jude's Church, 160 William St., Oakville, ON L6J 1C5
