It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Kadeem Phillip. Son of Natalie Phillip, Russel Guevara and Scott Corbett and stepson of Natasha Guevara, brother of Aaliyah and Arial Phillip, Raheem, Shineese and Cheresia Guevara, and Hayden Corbett and grandson of Charmaine and Michael Ferdinand and Rowena and Troy Agimudi. At the age of 21, he passed away peacefully at 12:15pm on July 21th, 2018 at Hamilton General Hospital, surrounded by friends and family.  Kadeem was born November 1st , 1996 in Trinidad and migrated to Canada at 2 years old with his mom. He was a very loving and caring brother to his younger sisters, family and friends. He carved his own path and made his family proud with his career choice and independence at a young age. He will forever be in the hearts of all who knew him. He will be deeply missed. We have pursued organ donation in order to help turn this tragedy into a miracle for someone in need.
