Peacefully on Monday, September 28, 2009 at the Oakville-Trafalgar Memorial Hospital, June (McNalty) in her 82nd. year. Beloved wife of the late Michael Shimkoff. Loved mother of Dianne, John, Michael, Terry, Nick and Donna. Loving grandmother of 15 grandchildren and 4 great- grandchildren. Visitation will be held at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville (one block east of Kerr Street, 905-844-2600) from 2-4 and 7-9pm Thursday. A service celebrating the life of June will be held 11:00 am Friday, October 2, 2009 in the chapel. Those who wish may make donations to the Lung Association or Alzheimer's Foundation.
