Parkin, Joyce

Peacefully on Tuesday January 30, 2018 at the Parkview Nursing Centre, Hamilton. Joyce, predeceased by her long time partner Joseph Worth. Joyce was the former spouse of Albert Parkin. Loving mother of Debra (Doug Bilbija), Barbara (Phil Gervais), and the late Rod. Devoted nana of Lee, Steve, Shannon, Carly (Brett Kocsis), Bobbi-Jo, Shandy and the late Buffy. She will be lovingly remembered by her great grandchildren, Naomi, Ryley, Owen, Brad, Skye, Sienna, Hailey and Nolan and her many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Joyce was the dear sister of the late Rose, Ken, Alex and Ben. Visitation will be held at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville (one block East of Kerr Street) on Friday February 2, 2018 from 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm with a Funeral service to follow at 8:30 pm in the Kopriva Taylor Chapel. If desired, remembrances to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Halton Region Office, 4391 Harvester Rd, Burlington, ON L7L 4X1 would be appreciated.
