Obituary
It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Joseph Sarnecki September 10, 2015 in Oakville after a sudden and unexpected illness. Beloved husband of 44 years to Gabrielle (nee Ogonek). Loving Dad to Candice and Kasia,father-in-law to Dean and proud Papa to Jacob. He will be greatly missed by his sister-in-law Halina and her children Vanessa, Aaron and Tyler as well as brother-in-law Eugene Guziak and his children, Christine, Edward and Stephanie. The family wishes to thank the wonderful nursing staff on 4 East at OTMH. Joseph was a retired "Bell Guy" who spent over 30 years in the telecom industry working in Toronto, Seattle, and New York. His hobby of woodworking led to a second career. When not working, Joseph loved coaching his grandson in hockey and being at his cottage in Muskoka. Visitation will be held at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West (one block east of Kerr, 905-844-2600) from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. on Monday, September 14

, 2015 at St. Andrew Roman Catholic Church, 47 Reynolds Street, Oakville. Interment will take place following the reception at Trafalgar Lawn Cemetery, Oakville. For those who wish, memorial contributions to Kerr Street Mission would be greatly appreciated.
