After a life full of love and adventure, Joseph slipped away peacefully surrounded by his family. He will be remembered with joy, laughter and adoration by his wife of 52 years Lucy, his children and their spouses Donna (husband Paul), Clara (husband Grahme) and Tina (husband John), his only son Jerry, along with surviving brothers and sisters Rosa, Tony and Frank. His legacy continues through his nine grandchildren Haileigh, Connor, Katelyn, Reileigh, Ryan, Joanna, Adam, Liam and Kyle. We are certain Joseph had a joyful reunion with our heavenly Father, his parents Maria and Fausto, his sister Lucia and is entertaining the angels with his youngest brother Pompeo.

Visitation will be held at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West (one block east of Kerr St. 905-844-2600), Oakville from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. on Thursday, February 8, 2018. A service to celebrate Joseph's life will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, February 9, 2018 at St. James Roman Catholic Church, 231 Morden Rd, Oakville. Entombment will follow at Glen Oaks Funeral Home & Cemetery 3164 Ninth Line, Oakville.
