Peacefully on Thursday, April 14, 2011 with his family by his side at Georgian Bay Hospital in his 73rd year. Joseph, beloved husband of Stella for 49 years. Loved father of Anthony and his wife Josee, Richard and Sandra and Darlene and her husband Antonino. Cherished Dziadzi of Jessica, Marysia, Alyssa, Matthew, Jeffrey, Alec, Michael, Amelie and Raphaelle. Dear brother of Ted and his wife Angela. Joseph will be greatly missed by his Godchildren, Barbara (Joe), Andrew (Maria), Greg and Stanley and many more nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West (one block east of Kerr, 905-844-2600), Oakville on Saturday 7-9pm and Sunday 2-4 & 7-9pm with a funeral mass on Monday, April 18, 2011 at 10:30 am at St. Anthony of Padua Polish Roman Catholic Church, 40 John Street, Oakville. Interment Trafalgar Lawn Cemetery. Memorial donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
