Peacefully at his home in Oakville on Sunday August 29, 2021 at the age of 87.  Jose, beloved husband of the late Laurentina.  Loving father of Dan and his wife Regina and the late Helder.  Visitation will be held on Wednesday September 1, 2021 and Thursday September 2, 2021 from 7-9 pm at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville (one block East of Kerr Street).  Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday September 3, 2021 at 10 am at St. Joseph's Portuguese Catholic Church, 2451 Old Bronte Road, Oakville.  Interment to follow at Trafalgar Lawn Cemetery.
