Obituary
Peacefully at Ian Anderson House on the morning of Saturday, April 5, 2014 at the age of 87. Beloved husband of
the late Agnes Adele Holmes. This loving father will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by David (Lea), Lisa, Michael (Michelle), Karen and Gerard (Leanne). Grandchildren Tori; Kelly (Ang) and Bill; Sarah, Amanda (James) and Larissa; Lauren, Garrett and Taylor; Jessica, Jacelyn and Braeden.
Brother Bill Holmes (Dawn) and sister Marilyn Hawkins (Ron) the late Eleanor Jones, Leonard Holmes and Kay Holmes.
Vic was born to the late Michael William Holmes and Ida Lucy Murphy on August 23, 1926 in Ottawa, Ontario.
A real gentleman who was loved and respected by all those who had the pleasure of meeting him. Vic was a Broker owner and member of the real estate community for over 47 years, in both North Bay and Oakville, Ontario. He served as President of the North Bay Real Estate Board, was a member of the Knights of Columbus,
Probus Club and Rotary Club for over 40 years.
