With heartfelt sadness, the family announces the peaceful passing of John Lamb, in his 90 ^th year. He passed away peacefully at Trillium Health Partners (Mississauga) on Tuesday March 28, 2017 with his loving family at his side. Beloved husband for 62 years of Mary Lamb of Oakville. Loving father of Heather, Alan (Kathryn Lamb), Nancy (Robert Pearce) and Jennifer (Darren Gilland). Devoted Grandad of Andrew, Ian and Emma McIntosh, Geoffrey and Jessica Lamb, and Aaron and Madison Pearce. John was also a very proud Great-Grandad of Ewan McIntosh. Brother of Thomas, Catharine, Carol and Wilfrid and the late Harry and Judy. If desired, as an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to either The Church of St. Bride (Mississauga) or Boy Scouts of Canada-3 ^rd Clarkson Group. Visitation will be held on Monday, April 3, 2017 from 11am to 1pm, followed by a memorial service in the chapel of Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville. Cremation has taken place. Burial will be at Woodland Cemetery, London, Ontario at a later date.
