Suddenly in his sleep on Sunday June 15, 2014 at his home in Oakville. Jack, beloved husband of Margaret. Loved father of Patrick (Carolyn Frid) and Michael (Suesan). Cherished grandfather of Jack, Meagan and Alexandra. Jack is survived by his brother Roger A. and predeceased by his sister Betty Mae. Jack was extremely proud of his accomplishments and friends made during his professional career with Procter & Gamble and Tandem. Jack was a longstanding member of the Knights of Columbus, J.F.K. Council. Visitation will take place at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville (one block east of Kerr, 905-844-2600) from 2-4 & 7-9pm on Thursday June 19, 2014. Funeral Mass will be held on Friday June 20, 2014 at St. Matthew's Catholic Church, 1150 Monks Passage, Oakville at 1pm followed by cremation. In lieu of flowers donations to the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
