Passed away peacefully, on February 20, 2010 in his home after a short battle with cancer at the age of 64. John was lovingly surrounded by his wife Kirsty and his two daughters, Rebecca and Suzy, who cherished him dearly. He will forever be missed by his siblings Jimmy, Sheila and Terry, as well as by his family and close friends from across the world. A celebration of his beautiful life will follow cremation. We request no flowers, but instead donations in his name to the Canadian Cancer Society, the Royal Botanical Gardens or the Surgical Step-Down Unit at St. Joseph's Hospital, Hamilton would be appreciated.
