Peacefully on Thursday, April 14, 2016 at Oakville-Trafalgar Memorial Hospital, in his 93rd year. John, beloved husband of the late Christina. After serving with the Royal Canadian Artillery as a Limber Gunner in World War 2, John was an optometrist in Oakville for almost 40 years. Visitation will be held at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West (one block east of Kerr 905-844-2600), Oakville from 2-4 pm Sunday.
