Peacefully on Wednesday August 7, 2019 at the Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital, Burlington in her 93 ^rd year. Joan, beloved wife of the late Klaus. Loving mother of Julian and Monika (Bryan Loop). Devoted Grandma of Simon. Joan will be lovingly remembered by her family and many friends. She enjoyed gardening and found joy in growing beautiful flowers. A celebration of Joan's life will be held on Saturday August 10, 2019 at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville (one block East of Kerr Street) from 3 pm – 5pm. Interment at Trafalgar Lawn Cemetery. The family wish to thank Joan's friends that supported her desire to stay independent, Ma Jane with the LHIN for her compassionate care over the last few years and the staff at 6S - Joseph Brant Hospital for their care and compassion over the past two weeks.
