Peacefully on April 16, 2014 during a full moon, Joan Young Clodd passed in her sleep after a courageous battle with cancer. She will be deeply missed by her husband of 45 years, Ron. Beloved mother of Innes (Nelson) and Duncan (Jen I E). Cherished Grannie of Kenny, Jeremy, Muffet, Emily and Charlie. Joan will also be sadly missed by her girls Lammie and Bonnie. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Ian Anderson House Hospice would be appreciated in thanks for providing excellent care to both Joan and her family. A special thanks to Dr. Helen Pyle and her palliative care team. A memorial visitation celebrating Joan's life will take place at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville (one block east of Kerr, 905-844-2600) from 2-4pm and 7-9pm on Thursday, April 24, 2014.
