Peacefully on Wednesday February 21, 2018 Jim passed away at Ian Anderson House, Oakville with his family by his side. Jim, loving husband of Sheila. Adored father of Kerra, Brett and Kellan. Dear brother of Dave (Karen) and Brenda (Paul) and brother in law of Bob (Brenda) Bowie. Dear son in law of Shirley Bowie. Jim was such a wonderful man, who taught by example on what it meant to live well and be a good person, kind and compassionate, all of which are reflected in his three beautiful, devoted children. Jim made the world a better place. He will be missed by the many people he touched during his lifetime. Visitation will be held at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville (one block East of Kerr Street) on Tuesday February 27, from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. A celebration of Jim's life will be held at a later date. If desired, remembrances to Head For A Cure – Adam Coules Legacy,  c/o The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation, 700 University Avenue, 10th floor Toronto, ON M5G 1Z5 would be appreciated by the family.
