April 6, 1928 to April 6, 2019

Peacefully and surrounded by love, on her 91 ^st birthday.
Much loved wife of Jean-Pierre (JP) for 66 years. Wonderful mother and deeply missed by her six children: Evelyne, Jo-ann (Doug Hodson), Agnes (George McNally), Philip (Sharlene), Patty (John Colautti) and Richard (Xiaowen). Her grandchildren brought her much joy: Michelle (Joey), Jennifer (Gavin), Blaise (Lili), Deanne (Tim), Louis (Diana), Courtney (Blaine), Randy (Lindsay), Alex, Darren (Stephy), Amelia and Xavier, and step-grandchildren Barbara (Lloyd) and Patti (Kevin) and their families. Loved great-grandmother of Connor, Sebastian, Gwendolyn, Benen, Savvy, Isabelle, Aubrey, Ellia, and one on the way. Loving sister of Marcel (Jacqueline d.), Christiane (Guy d.), Francoise (Andre), Pierre (Antoinette) and Michel (Renee). Remembered by many dear family members in France. Born near Paris, France to Lucien and Therese Moisset.
She and Jean-Pierre came to Canada on their honeymoon in 1953, and stayed, first in Montreal, then transferring to Oakville in 1956.
She loved children and animals, and there were always many kids and pets in the house. Squirrels and birds came for their daily feedings. She had a love of sweets, especially cookies and chocolate, (along with a cup of tea!) and her ashes will be in her favourite cookie tin. A talented seamstress, she made many clothes for her children, and lots of crafts with her grandchildren. Birthdays and Christmas were always great family occasions. Retired from General Electric. Missed by many friends and neighbours in Oakville and Lafontaine where they had a cottage. In her later years she suffered from dementia, but never lost her friendly smile.

Visitation will take place at Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home 64 Lakeshore Rd. West (one block east of Kerr St) 7 pm - 9 pm Wednesday April 10, 2019

Mass will take place at St. Dominic's Church, Oakville on Thursday April 11, 2019 at 10:30 am. Reception to follow.

In lieu of flowers, contributions to Acclaim Health Alzheimer's Day Program, Burloak Long Term Care or the Humane Society in memory of Jeannette are appreciated.
