On April 3, 2013, our beloved mother peacefully passed away, surrounded by her loving family at Oakville-Trafalgar Memorial Hospital. Predeceased by her husband and best friend of 60 years, Douglas Wickware (2007). She was an exceptional mother to Bruce and his wife Sandra, Scott and his partner Mairlyn, Barbara and her husband Stephen. Her grandchildren, Lindsay (Rob), David (Shana), Andrew (Kerri), Michael, Daniel, and Andrew Kacsor, brought her great joy. Jackie is survived by many nieces and nephews – all who were dearly loved by her. In accordance with her wishes her ashes will be placed beside her husband in Woodland Cemetery, London, Ontario.
