Janet Ursula Chudziak's Obituary
The family is saddened to announce the passing of Janet on Saturday, October 25, 2014 at the Oakville-Trafalgar Hospital at the age of 67. Visitation will take place at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville (one block east of Kerr, 905-844-2600) from 9-11am Wednesday, October 29, 2014 followed by a service in the Kopriva Taylor Chapel at 11am. Interment Trafalgar Lawn Cemetery.
