Visitation will take place at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville (one block east of Kerr, 905-844-2600) 2-4 and 7-9pm Thursday. A service to celebrate Jamie's life will be held 2pm Friday, December 20, 2013 in the chapel. Many thanks to the doctors and nurses at Collingwood General for their compassion and care.
