Gone to be with the Lord on February 1st 2010 at the age of 94. Predeceased by his beloved wife Hilda Isobel May Megahey and devoted sisters Betty Twigg, June Mathews and brother in law William Mathews. Loving father of Lori Archer and grandfather of Rob, Greg and Jimmy and his partner Monica. Sadly missed by brother in law Robert Twigg, nephew Paul Twigg and his wife Sharon and sons, and Marjorie Pearce. The family wish to thank the staff of Craiglee Nursing Home, Toronto East General Hospital, and Chaplain Gail Fox for her kindness and comfort.
Visitation will be held at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West (one block east of Kerr, 905-844-2600), Oakville from 10:00 am Friday February 5, 2010 with funeral service to begin at 11:00 am. Private family interment Glen Oaks Memorial Gardens. If desired donations may be made to the Ontario Association of the Deaf or the Scott Mission.
