Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Edwin on Monday August 14, 2023 at Billings Court Manor, Burlington, Ontario. On January 10, 2022 Edwin had a life altering fall that left him a quadriplegic. The last 18 months of Edwin's life were spent in spinal chord rehabilitation and then long-term care.  We would like to thank everyone who made Edwin's life comfortable during this time.  He made friends wherever he went and will be greatly missed.

Edwin is survived by the love of his life Ida, to whom he was married for almost 61 years.  Also, by his daughters Wendy and Karen (Stephen) and grandsons Dylan (Brandy), Ryan (Kelsey) and Austin.

A celebration of life will be held on Friday October 27, 2023 at 1 pm at Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home in Oakville.
