It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of James (Jim) Grant Booth of Oakville, Ontario. Jim passed away on Thursday, February 9, 2023 at the age of 67.

Jim is survived by Lisa, his wife of 39 years; his daughters, Ashley (Michael) and Jessica (Sean); brother John and sister Mary Ellen. Jim was also the proud grandfather of James, Evan, Joshua, Emma and a soon-to-be born grandson. Jim was predeceased by his father Harold, of Ottawa, Ontario and mother Anna, of Summerside, PEI.

Jim was a Chartered Professional Accountant for more than 40 years, spending the majority of his career as a dedicated Partner at BDO Canada, retiring in 2019. Jim's passion for his work was a driving force in his life; his commitment to his clients being one of his greatest joys. He was generous with his time and supported many causes in both the Oakville and Naples communities.

Jim loved to travel and spend time at his second home in Naples, Florida where he spent his days golfing, swimming and relaxing in the sunshine with family and friends.

A private family event will be held.
