Passed away at his home in Oakville on Wednesday, August 15, 2007 in his 74th year. Jack is survived by his loving wife Anne, of 51 years, and his 3 daughters Suzanne McKerracher, Sandra Hazell and Janet and Danny Ronca. He will be sadly missed by his 5 grandchildren, Steven, Amy, Mackenzie, Jesi and Michael, as well as many of his friends and neighbours. Jack was active in several groups during his retirement, including his friends at Wyldewood Golf and Country Club, the Oakville Branch of the Parkinsons Society of Canada, Oakville Senior's Centre, and ITT Grinnell. Visitation will be held at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville (one block east of Kerr, 905-844-2600) from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Thursday. A Service to Celebrate the Life of Jack will be held 11:00 a.m. on Friday, August 17, 2007 in the Kopriva Chapel. Cremation. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Parkinson Society of Canada, 316-4211 Yonge Street, Toronto, ON M2P 2A9 would be appreciated by the family.
