Our beloved Iso passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Thursday, October 13, 2016. He will be forever missed by his wife and partner for 69 years, Manda; son Luka (Christine); daughter Anne; grandson Matthew (Karolina) and the sunshine of his life, his great-granddaughter, Matilda. He will also be greatly missed by his extended family in Canada and Croatia. Ivan (Iso) was born in Sveti Rok, Croatia, immigrated to Oakville in 1965 where he spent 51 years of his life. He was a devoted husband and most amazing father who loved his family immensely. Visitation will be held at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West (one block east of Kerr 905-844-2600) Oakville from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. on Monday, October 17th with prayer service at 8:00 p.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October, 18, 2016 at Holy Trinity Croatian Church, 2110 Trafalgar Road, Oakville, followed by burial at Trafalgar Lawn Cemetery.
