We announce the passing of Hildegard Domski into the presence of the Lord on July 29, 2023 at the age of 90.

Predeceased by her parents, Erwin and Lydia Seib, sisters Gertrud Foerster, Hannah Chachulski, Ida Zylik and brother Rudy Seib, niece and nephew Marilyn Klein, and Michael Zylik.  Devoted sister to Art Seib (Leona) and Adele Linstead (Dennis). Hilda will be deeply missed by her many nephews and nieces. Andy Zylik (Linda), Patricia Havercroft (Dan), Johannes Linstead, Gabrielle Tisdale, Karen Ricketts (Brad), Joshua Seib, Rachael Seib-Morley (David), Esther Shelley (Chuck), Deborah Seib Klassen (Fred), Judy Johnston (Phil) and Jason Seib. Cherished great aunt to nieces and nephews Chris, Diana, and Lauren Zylik, Brittany Klein (Kevin) and Zachary Klein, Krystle (Ryan) and Ava Oljans, Maleigha and Ryder Ford, Ethan Ford, Ian Tisdale and Sean Tisdale, Jake, Noah & Ruth Tisdale, Bailey Jacobs, Zachary & Beatrice Morley.

She also leaves behind her dear brother-in-law Ernst Chachulski in Germany and many friends at River Oaks Church and Bethel Park Camp in Rodney.

Hildegard immigrated to Canada in 1954.  Hildegard was a business woman in the fashion trade.  She started Lady Patricia Fashions on Kerr Street, later moving to Hopedale Mall.  She will be remembered for her love of family, generosity, and trust in God.  Hildegard will be missed by her family.

We celebrate God's grace and a woman who had a confidence and unwavering trust in her Lord and Saviour.

Friends will be invited to join the family for a service to celebrate Hildegard's life at Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Rd W, Oakville on Tuesday, August 8, 2023 at 1 pm with viewing 1 hour prior. Interment at St. Jude's Cemetery and reception to follow the service.
