Hermann Peter Voss, passed away at home just days after his 76th birthday. Born in Germany, Hermann immigrated to Canada in 1969, bringing with him both his passion for baking and his strong work ethic. He built a respected career as a pastry chef, known for his artistry, precision, and the joy his creations brought to others. Hermann was predeceased by his beloved wife, Anna Voss. He is lovingly remembered by his wife of 33 years, Violetta Voss, whose companionship and devotion were a constant source of strength, happiness and health in his life. A proud and devoted father, Hermann leaves behind his four children: Natalie, Hermann Jr., Benjamin and Diana, who will carry forward his values of perseverance and family commitment.

Visitation will be held on Friday May 8, 2026 at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville (one block East of Kerr Street) from 11 am - 12 noon.  A funeral service will follow in the chapel at 12 noon.  Interment will take place at Sanctuary Park Cemetery, 1570 Royal York Road, Etobicoke following the service.  At the conclusion of the interment, a reception will be held at 60 Dixon Road, Etobicoke.  All are welcome to attend.
