Obituary

Peacefully in his sleep on Saturday May 14, 2022 he was welcomed into his eternal reward.  Helmut, beloved husband of Pansy Miller and the late Elvira Hillenbrand, mother of his children (May 10, 2009).  Loving father of Susan (the late Larry Poole) and Carl (Karen).  Devoted Grandfather of Heidi (Alex), Chris (Daniela), Laura (Girmawi) and Sean (Kaileigh).  Dear great-grandfather of Bruce.   Also survived by his older sister, Elvira Jestaedt and his several Nieces and Nephews in Germany.  He will be lovingly remembered by his family and friends.  Visitation will be held at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville on Saturday May 28, 2022 at 10 am with a Funeral Service in the Chapel at 11 am.  In lieu of flowers, donations to Canadian-Ukraine Foundation would be appreciated.

He worked hard all his life and now he is at rest.
