Passed away on March 31, 2008 at Ian Anderson House, Oakville. Beloved husband of Ruth. Loved father of Janice (Leon Hanslo). Loving grandfather of Christine and Jamie-Lynn. Survived by brother Kurt Simon and Manfred Hauer of Germany. Brother of the late Paul Simon. Brother-in-law of Bruce Ahiers (Verna). Will be sadly missed by many friends. A Service of Remembrance will be held at Knox Presbyterian Church, 89 Dunn St., Oakville, at 11a.m. on Saturday, April 5, 2008. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Ian Anderson House or Knox Presbyterian Church.
