On May 19, 2023 the world lost the most handsome man Hector Roy Facey. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and good friend to many. Loving husband to Inez Facey, devoted and loving father to Kayla, Kyle, Keshawne & Fabian Facey. His beloved grandchildren; Zy'Anna, Zariya, Alayia, Aniya, Ashley, Leona and Jada Facey; Previously deceased by Mother Ivis Facey, Father George Facey.

He is survived by his siblings Joseph, Sonia, Launa, Bezrick, Winnifred, Barnett, Charles, Betty, Evrod, Headley, Audley and Roderick Facey

Sister in law Winnifred Brown Cousin in law Cynthia Smith. He will surely be missed by all families, many nieces, nephews, cousins, in laws, friends and co-workers across the world; Jamaica, USA, England ect.

Hector worked in Construction as a Drywall Taper where he travel across Canada, he met a lot of wonderful people he calls family and friends, he loves to share the gospel to anyone that would  listen he loves to be the life of the party a great conversationalist a man with a vision and purpose.

Hector loved teaching his trade to many who learned and later became successful throughout his years. Hector had Cancer and he fought a good fight to his last day, he was at peace with himself before his transition.

Hector valued his friendships a lot he would always be on the phone or in person encouraging, guiding, helping, and giving his valuable advice on many topics whether it was politics, COVID-19 vaccine, economy, Christianity and many of pastor Jennings service topics or bible verses close to his heart.

He will surely be missed but never forgotten, his laughter and memories will linger in our hearts forever RIP @HectorFacey we love you so much.

Visitation will be  held on Friday June 23, 2023 at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville, (one block East of Kerr Street) from 10am – 11:30 am.  Funeral service to follow in the funeral home chapel at 11:30 am.  Interment Trafalgar Lawn Cemetery.
